BIGL TRADING CO., LTD. does not collect, store, or process any personally identifiable information about the users of its Applications. Your data belongs to you and stays on your device.
This Privacy Policy describes the full extent of our data practices. It is brief because our practices are genuinely minimal. If you have any questions, write to us at bigltradingcompany@gmail.com.
Who We Are
BIGL TRADING CO., LTD.(“BIGL”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a private limited company incorporated under the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand (Registration No. 0105565089131). We develop and distribute mobile applications — including Theavens, VCFCard, Scheduling, Mangology, and SpectralText— through the Apple App Store and Google Play (the “Applications” or “Services”).
Data We Do Not Collect
BIGL does not operate any server, database, or backend system that receives, stores, or processes personal information about individual users. Specifically, we do not collect:
- —Your name, email address, phone number, or any other contact information.
- —Your location, IP address, or network identifiers.
- —Device identifiers such as Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) or Identifier for Vendor (IDFV).
- —Usage behaviour, in-app events, or session recordings.
- —Any content you create within our Applications, including contacts, calendar entries, or subscription records.
We do not use third-party analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or crash reporting services that transmit individual user data to our systems.
Data Processed On Your Device
Our Applications may access certain device capabilities to deliver their core functionality. All such access is processed entirely on your device and is never transmitted to BIGL or any server we operate.
- —VCFCard may request access to your device's Contacts in order to read, organise, and export contact entries as vCard, CSV, or JSON files. This data is processed locally and never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to share an exported file.
- —Scheduling may request access to your device's Calendar in order to display and manage your events and tasks. Calendar data is stored and processed on-device only.
- —Theavens may request permission to send you push notifications for billing reminders. Notification preferences are managed entirely through your device's operating system settings.
You may grant or revoke any of the above permissions at any time through your device's system settings without affecting your ability to use other features of the Applications.
Aggregate Statistics We Receive
The only information BIGL receives about the use of its Applications consists of aggregate, anonymised statistics provided by Apple Inc. and Google LLC through their developer platforms — App Store Connect and Google Play Console. These statistics are controlled, aggregated, and anonymised by Apple and Google before being made available to us. We have no access to the underlying individual-level data.
The statistics we may view include:
- —Total number of Application downloads and installations, reported as an aggregate count.
- —Total number of active devices running each Application, reported as an aggregate count.
- —Number of paid subscribers and subscription renewal events, reported as an aggregate count.
- —Aggregate crash rates and Application session counts, with no individual device identifiers.
These figures are equivalent to a publisher knowing how many copies of a book have been sold — no information about any individual reader is disclosed.
Payments and Subscriptions
All financial transactions — including one-time purchases and recurring subscriptions — are processed exclusively by Apple Inc. through the App Store or by Google LLC through Google Play. BIGL does not at any point receive, store, or process your payment card details, bank account information, billing address, or any other financial data.
When you make a purchase, your device confirms your entitlement to a paid feature by validating a purchase receipt locally or through Apple's and Google's own verification infrastructure. BIGL receives no personal identifier in this process — only a confirmation that a valid purchase exists on the device requesting access.
For subscription management, cancellation, and refund requests, you must contact Apple or Google directly through your account settings on the respective platform, as BIGL has no access to your billing relationship with either party.
Apple and Google as Independent Data Controllers
When you download our Applications from the App Store or Google Play, Apple and Google act as independent data controllers with respect to the data they collect about you through their platforms. Their collection and use of your data is governed by their own privacy policies, over which BIGL has no control or influence:

Support Communications
If you contact us by email for support or any other reason, we will receive and retain the content of that correspondence, including any personal information you choose to include (such as your name or email address). This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and is not shared with any third party. We retain support correspondence for up to three (3) years, after which it is permanently deleted.
We do not use the information from support communications for marketing, profiling, or any purpose other than responding to the specific inquiry.
Children's Privacy
Because we do not collect personal data, our Applications present a minimal privacy risk to users of all ages. Nonetheless, our Services are not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the applicable minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly solicit or collect any personal information from children. If you believe a child has contacted us and provided personal information, please notify us at bigltradingcompany@gmail.com and we will promptly delete any such information from our records.
Your Rights
Because BIGL does not hold personal data about you, there is in practice no personal data for us to provide, correct, restrict, or delete upon request. However, if you have contacted us by email and wish to access or delete the correspondence we retain, you may request this at any time by writing to bigltradingcompany@gmail.com. We will fulfil all verifiable requests within 30 days.
Users located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Thailand have additional statutory rights under the GDPR, UK GDPR, and the Thailand Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA) respectively. These rights remain available to you and can be exercised through the contact details below. EEA residents also have the right to lodge a complaint with their local data protection supervisory authority.
Changes to This Policy
If our data practices change in a way that would result in any personal data being collected, we will update this Policy prior to implementing that change and notify users through an in-app notice before it takes effect. The effective date above will be revised accordingly.
We do not anticipate such changes, as our commitment to not collecting personal data is a core design principle of our Applications.
